04 / Installation
Application Guide
- 01Confirm injection-port layout — inspect the leak path and identify nearby contamination or crack branches
- 02Drill holes intersecting the crack at 25–30 cm depth; flush with water/sand-cement mortar before sealing surfaces
- 03Install packers — use a single-liquid high-pressure pump; start from the lowest port and progress upward
- 04Inject continuously; as the slurry foams out of the adjacent port, retain pressure and move to the next
- 05After 72 hours, verify no seepage at any port; trim packers and seal with cement mortar
- 06Flush all pump components and tools with cleaning agent immediately after grouting
- Confirm bore intersects the crack — verify visually before injection
- Use single-liquid pumps only; do not run on dual-component equipment
- Material self-emulsifies and gels on water contact — schedule mixing close to use
- Suitable for wet substrates and active seepage; pre-drying is not required

Storage & Transport
Store and transport away from direct sunlight and rain. Keep away from open flame and heat sources. Storage temperature ≤ 40 °C, well-ventilated, do not invert containers.

6 months from manufacture date under normal transport and storage conditions
Precautions
- Operators must wear PPE; rinse with clean water and seek medical attention if material contacts skin or eyes
- Use immediately after opening; dispose of residual material per regulation
