04 / Installation
Application Guide
- 01Clean the crack edges, joints, and any debris or laitance; confirm a clean surface
- 02Pre-embed injection packers at 10–15 cm spacing, set at 45° to the crack
- 03Seal the surface, then inject — return to incompletely filled ports for second-pass injection 2–3 hours later
- 04Flush all equipment with cleaning agent immediately after injection
- 05After 24 hours, QA-inspect; trim exposed packers and finish surface with cement mortar
- Material is solvent-free, low-shrinkage, and elastic — particularly suited to dynamic substrates
- Compatible with high-pressure injection equipment
- Schedule batch sizes within the workable time to avoid waste

- Operators must wear PPE; rinse with clean water and seek medical attention on contact
