04 / Installation

Application Guide

  1. 01Locate the hollow area and drill ports through the joint at fixed intervals (one feed port + one breather)
  2. 02Mix A and B at 1:1 by weight until uniform, then load the injection pump
  3. 03Insert the nozzle into the port and inject; gently tap the tile to help spread the slurry until material exits at the breather port
  4. 04For batch-skim application: clean the substrate, key-trowel both faces, set the tile and finger-press into place
  5. 05Wait 24 hours (36 hours in cold conditions) for full cure before service load
  • Solvent-free, formaldehyde-free, low-VOC formulation — safe for indoor use
  • High initial grab and elasticity tolerates micro-movement of substrate
  • Suitable for tile-on-tile re-bonding without removal of existing finish
  • Mix only what can be applied within the open time
05 / Storage & Safety

Transport, Storage & Safety

Storage & Transport

Store in a dry, sun-shaded warehouse. Storage temperature 5 – 35 °C; insulate against freezing below 5 °C. Avoid direct sunlight, rain, damp, frost, and impact.
