04 / Installation

Application Guide

  1. 01Working principle — uses a stainless ball check valve at the head to prevent backflow under high-pressure injection
  2. 02Drill the substrate at the specified diameter (14 mm bore) along the crack
  3. 03Insert the packer into the bore; tighten with the T-handle wrench to expand the rubber sleeve
  4. 04Connect the high-pressure pump to the packer head and begin injection
  5. 05On completion, snap off the protruding aluminum shaft flush with the substrate
  • Stable operation at ≥ 20 MPa — no field tuning required
  • Simple installation — high site productivity
  • Suitable for cracks, joints, soft soils, and roof / wall / column repair
  • Used with both standard and reinforced crack injection systems
05 / Storage & Safety

Transport, Storage & Safety

Storage & Transport

Store in original packaging in a dry indoor environment away from corrosive chemicals. No special temperature requirements.

Shelf Life

No fixed expiration when stored properly. Inspect rubber sleeves for aging before each batch use.

Precautions
  • Inspect rubber sleeve and check valve before each use; discard if damaged
  • Use only with compatible high-pressure injection pumps
  • Tighten with the specified T-handle wrench — do not over-torque
  • Verify expansion seal inside the bore before pumping
  • Snap off the protruding aluminum shaft flush with the substrate after injection
