04 / Installation

Application Guide

  1. 01Locate the leak and clean the substrate around it
  2. 02Drill 2–3 cm of crack on each side at ~45° angles
  3. 03Insert injection packers and tighten with the T-handle wrench
  4. 04Load the prepared slurry into the hopper and power on the pump
  5. 05Open the gun valve first, then start injection at the machine end
  6. 06After at least 48 hours, remove packers and finish the substrate flush
  • Always wrap thread connections with PTFE tape or sealant to prevent leaks
  • Tighten all bolts on the pump body before operation
  • Connect motor and pump body tightly — do not run dry
  • Flush the pump with cleaning agent immediately after grouting to preserve internals
  • Wear PPE — protective glasses, gloves, work clothes, and boots are required
05 / Storage & Safety

Transport, Storage & Safety

Storage & Transport

Store the pump in a dry, ventilated indoor location between -10 °C and 40 °C. Flush internal lines with cleaning solvent after each use to prevent grout hardening. Keep covered when idle.

Shelf Life

Designed for 5+ years of service life under regular maintenance and proper storage.

Precautions
  • Wear full PPE (gloves, goggles, work clothes, boots) during operation
  • Never run the pump dry — always ensure grout is in the hopper
  • Flush with cleaning solvent immediately after each grouting session
  • Inspect pressure gauge, hoses, and fittings before each use
  • Disconnect power before any maintenance or cleaning
